  STEP 1) Have advance approval for on-line account access. On-line account access is currently free for the first 6 months and $1 per month thereafter. You may either phone 334-244-9999 to have an application mailed to you or apply for account access on-line.

  STEP  2) Use a 128-bit encrypted browser to access your account! Available through either Internet Explorer or Netscape.
