To qualify for this promotion, your first qualifying payroll direct deposit must be received by September 30, 2026.
Qualifying direct deposits include electronic payroll deposits made by an employer. Other electronic deposits or person-to-person transfers do not qualify. $2,500 not required in one deposit, can be aggregated amount from multiple deposits.
Direct deposit is the fastest way to get paid. Simply have your employer paycheck, US Social Security checks, pension, retirement funds, the US Armed Forces benefits, VA benefits, annuity or dividend payments deposited directly into your Guardian Credit Union account.
You don’t have to put it in a single account. Money can be deposited into multiple accounts, too.

The $300 bonus will be deposited into the qualifying checking account within fifteen (15) business days following the end of the second qualifying month. For example, if qualifying direct deposits are received in September and October, the bonus will be paid within the first fifteen business days of November.
Early ACH is dependent upon when Guardian receives file from payroll provider. If the account is negative at the time the payroll is deposited, access to the entire paycheck amount will not be available, as it will be applied to negative account balance first.
