While there are exciting changes ahead with Guardian's new Digital Banking experience, many things you know and love will stay the same. One of those features is Bill Pay, and we want to help you be sure that your recurring payments are seamlessly transferred.
Here are 3 things you need to know to keep your bills paid on time, every time.
Good news! Bill Pay account and payee information of members actively enrolled in and using Bill Pay will be automatically transferred in the upgrade.
You must access your Bill Pay account through Guardian Online Banking or Mobile Banking for your Bill Pay account and payee information to transfer.
If you have not used Bill Pay in the last 12 months, no account settings or payee information will be transferred in the upgrade.
IMPORTANT: If you have been accessing Bill Pay through a direct link and not through Guardian Online Banking or mobile app, your Bill Pay account and payee information will not transfer.

Log into Online Banking today and make sure your Bill Pay settings are up-to-date and ready for the upgrade ahead.
