How to Enroll in Digital Banking

 
  1. Click the Login button in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Register a New Account.
  3. Read and accept the Digital Banking Access Agreement by checking the box to proceed.
  4. Verify your identity by following the on-screen prompts. You’ll need your account number, Social Security number, and date of birth.
  5. Create your login credentials by choosing a username and password.
  6. Log in using your new credentials.
  7. Enter your contact information when prompted.
  8. Now you can access your accounts —anytime, anywhere.

  • In the Mobile App: Navigate to Accounts, tap on the account you need info for, then tap Show Details in the top right corner.

  • In Online Banking: Go to Accounts, select the account, and choose Account Details from the menu bar.

Your full 13-digit account number and Guardian’s routing number will be displayed there.

To update your contact details, log in to Online or Mobile Banking, go to Settings, then select Contact. From there, you can update your address, phone number, and email. You can also visit any Guardian branch for assistance.
A Digitally Issued Card gives you instant access to a temporary digital version of your debit or credit card. You can use it for online purchases or add it to your mobile wallet while you wait for your physical card to arrive.
Fingerprint Balance Check lets you view your account balance instantly using fingerprint login—no need to fully open the Guardian mobile app. Just a quick tap gives you the info you need.
Yes! If you have more than one Guardian member account, you can link them to view and manage all of your accounts within the same Online or Mobile Banking login. It’s a convenient way to keep everything in one place.
To order checks, log in to Online or Mobile Banking. Navigate to the Accounts dropdown menu and select Order Checks. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
You can send a secure message to a Guardian Expert anytime through the Messages feature within the Online Banking portal. It’s a safe and convenient way to get assistance without leaving your account.
