Child Advocacy

Guardian is thankful for the ability to be so involved in our local communities. It is important to us all to reach outside of our membership and serve as much of our community as we can.

This year we partnered with several child advocacy groups and are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to such great causes. We partnered with Child Protect for SHINDIG: an event designed to raise money for Child Protect’s forensic interviews, as well as counseling and family advocacy during the judicial process.

We also partnered with Butterfly Bridge Children’s Advocacy Center for their Annual Clay for Kids clay shoot. Butterfly Bridge benefits the children of Elmore County by offering a non-threatening environment during the judicial and restoration processes.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association benefits children affected by neuromuscular disease. Guardian will host our Inaugural Clays for a Cause Tournament, benefitting MDA of Alabama. We are so thankful for the ways we can help such big causes right here in our local community.
