During a recent review, we noticed some unusual activity on your Guardian debit that suggests it has been compromised.
What You Need To Know
You will receive a letter in the mail outlining the details of the fraudulent transaction(s) – WOB.com and/or NESCAFE –that may be related to the issue.
While not all fraudulent attempts were successful, please rest assured that any funds that may have been debited from your account as a result of these fraudulent attempts have already been fully refunded to your account.
What Happens Next
We’ve ordered a new card for you, which will arrive in the mail. To make things easier, your new card will be available in your Online and Mobile Banking account for immediate use. You can log in and access your digital card as needed and push the card to your Mobile Wallet for use anywhere Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung pay is accepted.
Your current card will remain active through October 23rd, so you won’t experience any disruption in service before the new card arrives. If you wish to close your current card sooner, you can do so through your Online and Mobile Banking account.
